Explore the essential skills for emotion regulation and behavior management through dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). This is an intensive 7 week DBT Skills group that will focus on enhancing interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance/reality acceptance skills, emotion regulation, and mindfulness skills. This is a skills based group for people who are currently in DBT or who have been. Materials used are included in the fee.
The W.E.L.L™ program is specifically for Core3 Harmony & Wellness Clients looking to gain greater self-awareness and emotional resiliency.
