Megan Dozler, MS, MT-BC, is the Creator/Founder of Core3 Harmony & Wellness Services, LLC. She provides individual and group music therapy, counseling and holistic wellness services for clients in Napa, Yolo and Solano County. She received a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from the University of the Pacific and holds a Master of Science in Counseling Studies from Capella University. A Board Certified Music Therapist since 2002, she has served as the Music Therapy Clinical Trainer at the Veterans Home of California in Yountville. With close to 20 years of experience working with individuals and groups across the lifespan, Megan’s quest as a lifelong learner has helped her combine her passion of music, counseling and psychology in her approach to optimize potential and promote wellness.
Megan Dozler participated in the Allied Health Team Training for Parkinson’s Disease (ATTP). ATTP trains healthcare professionals in the best practices backed by the latest research in Parkinson’s disease care through a dynamic team-based approach. The information gained during this training has helped Megan apply fresh ideas and interventions for ways to improve the care of those with Parkinson’s disease as well as other neurological disorders with a person-centered approach.
Megan is currently a doctoral student at Regent University in Counseling Psychology, and will soon be a certified Holistic Health Coach and Sprouting Melodies early childhood service provider. Being able to provide a unique approach to therapy utilizing music allows clients to explore various pathways to a deeper level of healing, health and hope. When clients struggle to express themselves verbally, music communicates the unspoken and facilitates desired change. Megan is committed to allowing the client to access their creativity in order to facilitate change. Megan’s belief that connections between a person’s mind, body and spirit have the capacity to affect physical health and drives her approach with everyone she works with.
