Core3 works in partnerships with clients, families, physicians, and other therapists to support progress with goals and generalization of skills.

Physicians can refer clients for a music therapy assessment to determine ongoing treatment. Core3 supports psychologists by addressing coping skills for anger management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other areas of need through song writing, active music making, and lyric analysis interventions.

Core3 supports speech therapists by designing music-based interventions to address particular language needs. We support occupational therapists by using specific rhythms and melodies to provide timing and intensity cues for fine and gross motor movements needed for activities of daily living. We also support physical therapists by pairing exercises with rhythmic and melodic cues to facilitate motor entrainment. We provide music-based support to increase exercise duration, decrease fatigue perception, and improve moment fluidity and organization.

Ask your current healthcare provider for a music therapy referral today! We are happy to partner with your care team to help you live well and be well in every area of your life.
